Oakhill and Ashwick Local History Group

The Oakhill and Ashwick Local History Group has been meeting since the 1990’s but is currently in hibernation, with just a very small nucleus of members. We maintain an archive of books and documents, overseen by the Archivist, who also has copies of books previously published by the Group.
These include copies of the Oakhill Trail Leaflets (Winter & Summer versions), ‘Nettlebridge – a Short History’ and ‘The Changing Face of Ashwick Parish’ – all available from the Archivist.

The Local History Group has, since its inception, been researching the history of the Parish leading to a number of books and pamphlets.  The following is a list of the books:
