Somerset Council (Various Roads, Shepton Mallet and Wells in the Parish of Ashwick) 40mph Speed Limit Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Somerset Council proposes to make the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to introduce a 40mph speed limit on the lengths of road as specified in the Schedule below.
