Stoke St Michael Parish Council has received news that Woodstock Homes has submitted a planning application for up to 49 houses off Fosse Road. A public meeting will be held on Wednesday 16th September, 4pm–6pm at the War Memorial Hall.

Planning Application – Land off Fosse Road
The Parish Council has been informed by Stoke St Michael Parish Council that Woodstock Homes have submitted a planning application for up to 49 houses on land off Fosse Road.
A public meeting was originally planned for February but had to be cancelled by Woodstock Homes. This has now been rearranged for:

Location: Stoke St Michael War Memorial Hall
This is an opportunity for residents to find out more about the proposals, ask questions and speak directly with Woodstock Homes.
Once the Stoke St Michael Parish Council has received the formal planning application, they will review the proposals and arrange a Parish Council meeting to discuss the application and agree the Council’s response.
